With more than twelve years of experience in L&D, she brings together hands-on healthcare expertise and a strategic approach to learning. Driven by her motto, "Sharing knowledge is multiplying knowledge," she helps build scalable learning solutions that enable employees across Mediq's international organization to learn, grow, and perform at their best.

Jelle has been working as a policy officer for five years, focusing on the strategic development of the learning and development environment within the Lifeguard Association. He believes in creating a culture of continuous development for everyone, from young people to experienced professionals. His passion lies in creating the right environment for learning and driving the changes needed to make it happen. He focuses on identifying opportunities, preparing the organization for change, and keeping the human side at the heart of the process: how can we do this together?
