A challenging role in a fast-growing company with many responsibilities to keep our sales pipeline running and a great opportunity to further develop your BDR and sales skills.

Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a Business Development Representative. You will work from our office in Ghent or Antwerp, and are willing to move between both locations.

What you'll be doing

  • You are responsible for bringing in qualitative (cold) leads. By contacting the right people at different companies, you identify possible sales opportunities. You do this by detecting the needs of the customer and triggering them for a conversation with one of our account executives.
  • Are you proud of the opportunities you create? Think about it, you are the key to the success story and sales figures of FLOWSPARKS!
  • Identify your companies and prospects in a targeted way. Through targeted actions, you ensure that the sales pipeline in our CRM system is continuously filled with potential new customers. You don't always fall back on the same pattern (e-mail, telephone), but you dare to think out of the box and you are open to using new channels (LinkedIn personal branding, video prospecting, voice messaging, Whatsapp, etc.). Challenging yourself and your comfort zone is the key to success.
  • You know exactly how to deal with criticism or negative comments. With substantiated arguments, you win prospects for you. When things go wrong, you persevere and look for the next opportunity. Resilience is key!
  • Do you want to be coached and are you eager to learn? You are open to positive feedback and strive to perform well.
  • Do you believe that hard work pays off, because it creates opportunities for yourself (both financially and career-wise).

  • Excelling at prioritizing opportunities.

  • You are proactive, result-oriented and able to work independently under 'high' pressure.
