⚡️ A 100-Day Onboarding Journey that accelerates success by Kelly Kirkels, Continu Professionals
In the fast-paced staffing industry, a strong and consistent onboarding experience is critical for accelerating time-to-productivity and improving retention. In this session, Kelly shares how Continu Professionals designed and implemented a universal 100-day onboarding journey using FLOWSPARKS.
Rolled out across multiple locations, this program ensures every new hire starts from the same solid foundation. The onboarding follows a phased, blended learning approach over 15 weeks, with weekly modules covering the core elements of the staffing process.
Each phase includes practical assignments that are discussed with managers, turning onboarding into a powerful coaching instrument rather than a checklist. This structure enables managers to quickly identify where additional support is needed, while helping new hires build confidence, capability, and momentum, accelerating success from day one.
The FLOWSPARKS awards
For the fourth year in a row, we are proud to host the FLOWSPARKS Awards. This time, we’re taking a fresh approach: four awards to win across four different categories:
⚡️Tech Award: For e-Learning that strengthens digital skills, such as software training, AI courses, data awareness, cybersecurity, or social engineering.
⚡️Product Award: For modules that clearly explain products or services, helping teams, customers, or users understand what you offer and why it’s valuable.
⚡️HR Award: For training that helps people grow, think about onboarding, soft skills, leadership, internal processes, or culture development.
⚡️HSEQ Award: For learning paths that put safety, care, responsibility and/or quality first, from first aid and safety procedures to psychological well-being, environmental care, sustainability and shared principles in consistent processes.
And of course, our long-standing classic: the Public Prize.
